Do you ship internationally?
Indeed! We deliver to most corners of the universe (Earth only, for now). Shipping fees and times vary depending on your planetary coordinates. Some countries may apply custom fees—no wormhole workaround for those, unfortunately.
Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey through the stars. You can also monitor it through our dedicated page: Track Your Order.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on the product, your location, and the chosen shipping method. Keep in mind some items are handcrafted by skilled artisans, so they might take a little longer. Estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout—patience is a virtue, even in space!

We aim to respond faster than light (okay, maybe not that fast), but keep in mind we don’t have 24/7 support. Messages sent during weekends or galactic downtime might take a bit longer. Will I get an email after placing an order?
Affirmative! You’ll receive two transmissions: one confirming your order and another with your tracking code once your intergalactic parcel is ready for delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. You’ll be charged in your local or preferred currency—no space-time conversion required.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We’ve got digital gift cards in various denominations. They’re perfect for each space explorer in your orbit.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We’ve got a 30-day return policy, giving you plenty of time to decide if your purchase is out of this world or just not your vibe. Items must meet our return conditions for a refund or exchange.
How do I return an item, and what are the conditions?
Pack your item properly (original packaging, unused, and in pristine condition) and contact our support team to start the process. Some items, like custom or personalized products, are non-returnable. We’ll guide you every step of the way and provide a return label if needed.
Who pays for return shipping, and what if my item is damaged or defective?
Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we’ll replace the product or issue a full refund faster than you can say “Houston, we have a problem.”
How long does the return process take, and can I exchange an item?
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after landing back at our facility. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Prefer an exchange? No problem! Let us know, and we’ll confirm if your desired item is available.
